Yield Farming

Is a mechanism in which users can earn passive income by providing liquidity to the decentralized exchange. Users lock their funds in smart contracts, allowing others to trade with those assets. In return, they receive rewards in the form of additional tokens or fees generated by the exchange. Yield farming incentivizes users to contribute to the liquidity pool, enhancing market efficiency and providing opportunities for investors to earn returns on their idle assets. Yield Farms allow users to earn BPL while supporting Biophilia by staking LP Tokens.

Reward Calculations

Yield Farm APR calculations include both:

• LP rewards APR earned through providing liquidity and;

• Farm base rewards APR earned staking LP Tokens in the Farm.

Why? Because when you stake your LP tokens in a farm to earn BPL, you're still providing liquidity to the liquidity pool, so you earn LP rewards as well!
